METHOD FO DOING FOR HISSAR
Assalam oalaikum,
When you sit down before starting an amal, read Surah Fateha, Ayatal kursi and the 4 Quls thrice and blow powerfully thrice on your finger. Then draw an imaginary circle around yourself in such a way that the circle is complete. It there is any gap in between then your protection can get hampered because jinnat can enter through the gaps and cause harm.
Before doing hazraat the hissar which should be done ideally includes Ayatal kursi and 4 Quls followed by this dua:
آمَنَ الرَّسُولُ بِمَا أُنزِلَ إِلَيْهِ مِن رَّبِّهِ وَالْمُؤْمِنُونَ ۚ كُلٌّ آمَنَ بِاللَّهِ وَمَلَائِكَتِهِ وَكُتُبِهِ وَرُسُلِهِ لَا نُفَرِّقُ بَيْنَ أَحَدٍ مِّن رُّسُلِهِ ۚ وَقَالُوا سَمِعْنَا وَأَطَعْنَا ۖ غُفْرَانَكَ رَبَّنَا وَإِلَيْكَ الْمَصِيرُ
After reading these prayers blow on your body and then do hissar around yourself

If an amil is trying to bring a moakkil under his control then he will need extra protection for himself because such an amal can involve danger. So the amil may need a stronger hissar/protection during the amal. Wihtin the hissar the amil can peacefully carry on with his chilla etc because he will be under protection of Allah (swt). He will also not face the problem of rajat. Before staring the amal this prayer should be read thrice and blown over one’s finger or a knife and then the circle should be drawn through the air. Then the prayer should be repeated three times and then blown over oneself for complete protection from the attack of jinnat and threat of rajat.
